What Franpulse.ai is

Franpulse.ai covers one subject: how artificial intelligence is changing franchising — for brands, for franchisees and for the people deciding whether to invest in either. We publish news briefs, analysis, the Franchise AI Index, a public fact-check database (the Claim File) and a weekly newsletter.

Every figure carries its source

• A number about a brand — unit count, growth, founding year, or an AI deployment — is published only with a link to the exact page that states it. A homepage is not a source.
• Each source is labelled official (the company’s own filing or release, or the body that compiles the figure, such as a national franchise association) or press (a media report, to be cross-checked against the original).
• Each source carries the date it was last opened and checked against the figure.
• Nothing is estimated to fill a gap. Where we have no source, the page says “source pending” rather than implying the figure was checked.
• Performance numbers that come from a vendor or a brand are reported as that party’s claim, not as an audited result.

Scores are opinions with a published method

The AI Adoption Score in the Franchise AI Index is an editorial judgement, not a measurement taken inside a company. The pillars, their weights and the scale are published on the methodology page, and how the evidence behind each score is gathered and checked is set out in our AI Verification Policy.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it on the page and say so. A correction changes the figure or statement, updates the review date, and — where the change is material — is noted in the piece. We do not quietly delete errors.

To report an error, use the contact deskand choose “Correction or claim dispute”. A link to the source you are relying on helps us move quickly. Disputes about a specific industry claim can also be filed through the Claim File.

Independence

• We do not accept vendor sponsorship of editorial content, and we do not sell placement in the Franchise AI Index or in a score.
• We do not pass readers’ details to franchise brands and do not run pay-per-lead arrangements on this site (see the Privacy Policy).
• If we ever publish paid material, it will be labelled as paid on the page itself, kept out of the Index and the Claim File, and listed here before it runs.
• Tools and courses from other properties in the same group (such as franbase.ai and the NPV Franchise Academy) are linked as our own products, never presented as independent recommendations.

Conflicts of interest

Franpulse.ai was founded by franchise strategist Nguyễn Phi Vân, who advises franchise brands. Where a brand we cover has a commercial relationship with the founder or the group, we say so in the piece. Scores and verdicts are not changed at the request of the brand concerned; a brand that disagrees can send evidence, and evidence is what moves a figure.

The weekly newsletter is assembled only from material already published and sourced on this site. An issue cannot be sent until an editor has approved it on the record; an issue that is not approved is not sent.
