Why it scores so high

Its four pillar scores are operations 92, data 89, marketing 85, training 82 — unusually even. Most systems spike on marketing AI and lag badly on operations; McDonald's does not.

The reason is data infrastructure. Equipment monitoring and menus that react to conditions only work on top of unified, real-time unit data — which is the precondition most systems have not met.
